Product Returns
We replace products delivered to you that are faulty or in damaged condition.
If you wish to return a faulty or damaged product, you must notify us at info@barrymade.com email, where we will correspond to resolve any issues.
If we are unable at the time of return to replace or exchange the returned goods, we will reimburse you for the amount debited for the purchase, including the packaging and postage charges.
Please note that credit notes are only valid while our business is operating, and if for any reason the business ceases to operate, you are not entitled to a refund of the value of your credit note.
