Delivery times are provided as guidelines only.

Standard delivery generally takes place within 3-5 business days. You will receive your tracking number once it has been shipped with Australia Post so you are able to track your parcel.

International shipping can take 7-10 business days to arrive to the delivery address once it has been despatched. International orders are shipped via Australia Post and this may not be fully traceable with a tracking number however you will receive an email from us confirming when your order has been sent.Some countries may charge additional duties and taxes. All duties, including customs and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer and may be a government requirement of import. 

The cost of returns and exchanges must be covered by the customer on all international orders.

Please contact our customer service team at info@barrymade.com to request an address update. If your order has not been dispatched yet we will amend the delivery address, however once dispatched we are unable to change the delivery address so in this case you will need to create a MyPost account through AusPost.

Our shipping services do not include insurance. We does not accept any responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit by third party carriers such as Australia Post. We will not take responsibility for shipment delays, we will not replace items lost or damaged in transit unless the customer has selected and paid for insurance.We will work with you to cover lost or damaged goods that are covered by insurance. Orders are subject to stock availability and if the item you have ordered is no longer available or in the event we are unable to fulfil your order, you will be notified within 2 business days to arrange a full refund.
