After placing an order with us, you will receive an e-mail acknowledging that we have received your order. We offer a standard shipping rate, and for urgent deliveries express shipping can be purchased at the checkout.

Our delivery time frames are an estimation provided by our shipping providers, and during promotion periods there may be delays in transit that we are not responsible for. Please allow 2-5 business days for all VIC deliveries and 3-6 business days for interstate deliveries shipped with standard delivery. For orders shipped express post, you can expect to receive your order the next business day if you are located in a metro area (excluding Darwin and Perth). For express shipping to non-metro areas please allow 2-3 business days.

Our warehouse business hours are 8:30am – 5:00pm Monday to Friday and we do not operate on public holidays.

Please note postage cannot be combined over multiple orders.
