denim care
washing
Wash denim inside out in cold water. Avoid tumble dryers and don’t use heavy detergents.
caring
Due to the dyes used to create these denims, there may be excess colour remaining in a fabric. You should avoid any contact with light coloured garments, accessories and upholstery.
tips
Try not to wash denim as much as other garments. The indigo dyes will release with wear and in the wash – it’s best to preserve the dyes as long as possible. The less indigo lost at the beginning of the lifetime of the jean, the better and richer the wash will look in the long run.
Stretch jeans will grow to accommodate your shape and movements. After each wash they will shrink back to their original shape.
Raw or rinse-washed jeans will shrink half a size after the first few washes. After wearing, these jeans will ease back up to their original size. Mid-level and lighter washed jeans won’t shrink as they have already been through a long wash process.
